If you have any questions, contact us immediately at Admin@qphouston.com.  Email is the best way to get a quick response.  You must pay the application fee and prior to us beginning to process your application. We process applications and answer questions regarding applications M-F 9am to 6pm.  After we complete your credit screening, you will receive an e-mail where you will upload a copy of your drivers license and paycheck stubs.  Please do not e-mail that information, just upload it when your receive the document.  You will get a response regarding any missing data and regarding your meeting our minimum credit criteria within 1 business day after completing your application (M-F).  Typically, if you provide all of the required data for your landlord and employment information, we will have your application fully processed within 2 business days, depending on how quickly your employer and landlord get back to us the required verifications.
