Professional Property Services, is a small company owned and operated by Eddie and Andrea, offering full service Residential Property Management and Lead Based Paint Inspections to owners and investors of residential rental properties in Houston area. 

 

Both Eddie and Andrea are licensed real estate brokers in the state of Houston, with over 30 combined years experience in the business of appraising, building, consulting, investment counseling and managing real estate in Houston and harris Counties.  Residential Management Professional from the National Association Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). He is a licensed Maryland Lead Inspector, and has attended and taught numerous educational courses.  He has become the “expert” on “Lead Paint and the Law” so he can help property owners understand the process of both Maryland and Federal Lead Paint Laws and the consequences for not complying.

 

Our office is centrally located in southeast of Downtown houston, and it is equipped with all the essential state-of-the-art equipment and support materials necessary to render quality service and product, including, but not limited to computers, fax machine; copiers; scanner; cell phones, Automated Clearing House (ACH) network to transfer funds, support staff; membership in the local, state and national Associations of REALTORS,  Information System (MAR®) Multiple Listing Service, and The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).  We also have the appropriate business liability and professional liability insurance.
